This course is for assisting a student to determine the Number Patterns inherent in a person's life. Confidentiality Agreement: I agree to keep confidential all information contained in this course. I agree not to disseminate in any form the materials placed in my hands. I will not mail, electronically transfer or reproduce these materials in any way other than to reference this material to construct personal Numerology Charts for private Clients. I further agree not to discuss, share or publish in any way information regarding clients, other than to provide them with a personal booklet, and to keep a booklet on file for professional reasons. I further agree that after I am certified as a registered Number Harmonics Practitioner that I will electronically mail or physically mail a copy of every reading I complete to: info@pythagorus.org.uk
Why do we ask for the Above? Information that can alter a person's perceptions about themselves and life is a powerful thing. The information contained in this course can do this and more. Also, as a certified practitioner with the Pythagorean Guild, you are placed in a position of trust. If people know and understand that the person they see and offer confidential and sensitive information to adheres to an ethical standard, it creates open dialogue, and increases the effectiveness of every practitioner within the Guild. We keep a record of all readings not only to ensure the standards of members, but to assist them with an unbiased back up of work done. This is very important in case there are any legal claims made against yourself or us. More than this, however, when we do readings for people we are in a position of trust. If a client knows there is an organization behind a person, ensuring standards and providing backup to the practitioner, then they can relax and open up more fully. The Position of Trust We need to take care with what we say and record. We can and do influence people, and we need to remain aware at all times of the responsibility inherent with this role. When you give someone a written report, you are providing them with a LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is a form of contract and it is very important that a standard is adhered to in regards quality of information, accuracy of information, as well as the presentation of information. If you have become registered as a Practitioner with the Pythagorean Guild, you will have been provided with electronic media that offers substantial interpretations for all aspects of a chart. However, you will be able to add to the standard information with your own comments. We ensure that it is made clear where the Number Harmonics standard interpretation begins and ends, and where your own notes are added. As a qualified practitioner, you will be entrusted with this information, and you will be expected to comply with our simple requests in regards how a reading is to be presented. All this is covered in the presentation aspect of compiling a chart, which is part of the certification process. Prior to your acceptance into the Guild, you will be required to sign an
Ethics Letter that outlines your rights and responsibilities as a Practitioner
with the Pythagorean Guild. |
