This association is dedicated to
unfolding the Spiritual and Practical Truths of the
Pythagorean Teaching, and communicating these in a modern, understandable
format.
All the great philosophers of the past refer to
Pythagoras. Plato in particular spoke often of the influence of the
Pythagoreans. He spoke of their
Universities that accepted women as equals, and how they encouraged Physical and Spiritual wellbeing while teaching Mathematics, the healing aspects of music,
and many other truths. Pythagoras resolved the mathematical perfections of
Harmonics, and gave us the 12 Tone Scale. He spoke of the principles of Music Healing and
Resonance and how these are a Divine Reflection of Harmony and Truth.
Improving your relationship with Spirit, actively
working on your spiritual growth, and developing as a complete Human Being. We
think of these as modern holistic goal, but the Pythagoreans had clearly
focussed on this over 2500 years ago.

Pythagoras of Samos: A leading Light of the Philosophy
Movement in the Golden Age of Greece. His teaching covered many areas,
specifically Mathematics and Numerology, but also he originated many other
disciplines, such as: Topography Mapping, Surveying and Engineering.
Most famous for the "Pythagorean Theorem" this is
paradoxically the one thing he never invented. He merely demonstrated the Proof of its
working... and yet in doing so, Pythagoras developed the "Observation and Proof"
method of modern scientific discovery. |
